Meet the Team

Darcy Pritchett
Senior Consultant

Darcy has worked in aviation for more than 15 years, serving in capacities ranging from Quality Control Analyst to Systems Engineer to Chief Operating Officer. He has a history of successfully leading aviation businesses through FAA processes to achieve Parts Manufacturing (PMA) approvals and Production Approval Holder (PAH) certifications in record time. Throughout his career, Darcy has worked hard to drive a culture of excellence among leaders within his organizations, building trust with industry colleagues, suppliers, and the FAA. As CEO of RoC, Darcy leads a team of engineering and regulatory professionals to support growing industries within the commercial aviation and unmanned aircraft sectors. He maintains membership with FABA (Florida Aviation Business Association), is an FAA-certified Remote Pilot, and is in the process of becoming an FAA designee. In his spare time, Darcy enjoys supporting the autism and science communities by serving on nonprofit boards and volunteering within those organizations.

Jocelyn Pritchett, PE
Engineering Consultant

Jocelyn has spent the majority of her 30-year career leading transportation planning, design, and construction projects for a range of transportation agencies and project owners. A Georgia Institute of Technology graduate, she is a licensed Civil Engineer, registered in Florida and Mississippi. She has worked on highway, rail, transit, and airport projects throughout the southeast region. Having run her own civil design and planning firm for over 10 years, Jocelyn is well-versed in client budget and time constraints and is committed to efficient product delivery. She has led small and large teams alike and enjoys mentoring staff to grow groups or business lines within companies. Jocelyn served as president of the Mississippi Engineering Society, enjoys participating in the Women’s Transportation Seminar, and is a member of Women and Drones, an international organization to support women in the unmanned aircraft industry. She is also an active participant in Transportation Research Board, serving as a friend of the Public Engagement and Equity in Transportation committees.

Matt Wiley
Quality Consultant

Matt has 15 years of experience in the aviation engineering and manufacturing industries. He has served as Director of Quality in multiple firms and is recognized for his expertise in import/export compliance as well as his leadership in aerospace and military standards and GD&T inspection. Matt’s experience as an FAA Airman under FSDO (Flight Safety District Office) and FAA DMIR (Designated Manufacture Inspection Representative) brings a combination of knowledge and experience to RoC that ensures our clients’ needs are met to the highest standards possible. Matt is currently in the process of becoming an FAA designee.
